Fuck Konami

Do I REALLY need to explain why Konami is so terrible even after all this time? They would change up release schedules. They oversaturated the market with THREE Silent Hill titles and completely botched the release of the Silent Hill HD Collection. Downpour is full of plot holes that cannot be ignored and which makes the narrative collapse in on itself. Book of Memories got NO coverage and doesn't feel like a real Silent Hill game, and should have had the title taken off it. They treated Hideo Kojima poorly. They divided the DDR team in half and made them work on multiple projects at once, have cut employee access to company email and radically restructured their offices, have fired hundreds, have treated the press like crap, the CEO is on a mad power trip, they deleted P.T off the Playstation store, and made us pay 40, then 30 dollars for Ground Zeroes.

Screw them. And screw Microsoft/Rare for screwing over Banjo-Kazooie, a beloved video game series I adored when I got it for my N64, forcing it's designers to have to resort to Kickstarter for us to see a return to form. Yes, them doing backwards comparability and the Rare Bundle is a damn good thing, but it BARELY makes up for what they did. If that. It's just not really enough. So shame on all three companies for so royally screwing over these IPs, these precious stories that were so wonderful, had such great history and games in their lineup. Such a damn, damn shame.
